I rarely used a pattern for my earrings, and most of them used hard-to-obtain
vintage micro needle bugles-- 21mm in length and tiny in diameter.
But here's an earring pattern that is fast, easy, and uses fairly common
beads:
Pattern for "Victorian style" beaded earrings, 1983 |
Vintage beads needed: GREEN IRIS BEADS
PURPLE IRIS BEADS
FRENCH BRASS BEADS
Beads in the diamonds range from rose to wine red and are size 12/0 seed beads. 4 shades of whitehearts are ideal if you can find them. Bead the 9 green bugles first, then the dangles through each. Peyote stitch the tops last from the bottom up.
